Chloe passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, 22nd of May, aged 78 years. A loving wife, mum, and grandma, Chloe will be remembered dearly by family, friends, and colleagues for her strength, generosity, loyalty, and compassion.

What a wonderful way to celebrate Chloe. Chloe always referred to it as "St Barrs" always made me chuckle. We did our placements around the same time and I have seen first hand the hard work of the hospice at home and in hospital. Such a wonderful cause. Staff go above and beyond - we are so lucky to have such a brilliant service in Lincolnshire.
